Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Exmet Services OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu büroo- ja tootmishoone ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil Vana-Narva mnt 10, Maardu. Hoonekompleksi brutopindala on ligikaudu 10 000 m(2). Tööde kogumaksumuseks on ligikaudu 7,4 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta ja tööd lõppevad 2025. aasta kevadel. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Exmet Services office and production facilities)

AS Nordecon group company Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE) and Exmet Services OÜ signed a contract for the construction of office and production facilities at Vana-Narva Rd 10, Maardu. Total gross area of the complex is approximately 10,000 sqm. The total value of the contract is close to 7.4 million euros without VAT and the works will be completed in spring of 2025. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Finland, Ukraine and Sweden. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
