Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Ülemiste hariduskompleks)
Message
AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Mainor Ülemiste AS sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Ülemiste hariduskompleksi esimese etapi projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil Valukoja 9, Tallinn. Esimeses etapis rajatakse ligikaudu 6 000 m(2) brutopinnaga Tallinna Rahvusvahelise kooli hooneosa ja Ülemiste kogukonnahoone. Ehitustööde kogumaksumuseks on ligikaudu 11,5 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta, tööd lõppevad lepingu kohaselt 2024. aasta detsembris. Ülemiste hariduskompleks on objekt, mille kohta Nordecon AS on 10.03.2022. aastal börsiteavituse juba teinud (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b2bca1e96a60e267589c216080b95b414&lang= et&src=listed). Käesolevaga sõlmiti sellele objektile uus vähenenud mahuga projekteerimis- ja ehitusleping, mida asub täitma Nordecon Betoon OÜ. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Ülemiste educational complex)

AS Nordecon group company Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE) and Mainor Ülemiste AS signed a contract for the design and construction of the first stage of the Ülemiste educational complex at Valukoja 9, Tallinn. In the first stage, a building section for International School of Tallinn and Ülemiste Community Building with total gross area of approximately 6,000 sqm will be built. The total value of the contract is close to 11.5 million euros without VAT and the works will be completed in December of 2024. Ülemiste educational complex is a project for which Nordecon AS has already made a stock exchange announcement (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b2bca1e96a60e267589c216080b95b414&lang= en&src=listed) on 10 March 2022. A new reduced-volume design and construction contract was hereby concluded for this project, which is to be performed by Nordecon Betoon OÜ.
