Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Laaneserva elamurajoon)

AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Capital Mill kontserni arendusettevõtted sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Laaneserva elamurajooni nelja ridaelamu ehituseks, kus rajatakse Viimsi valda aadressidele Laaneserva tee 6, Laanelinnu tee 5, Laaneserva tee 8 ning Laanelinnu tee 7 kokku 36 ridaelamuboksi. Ehitustööde kogumaksumuseks on ligikaudu 6,8 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta, tööd lõppevad lepingu kohaselt 2024. aasta kevad-suvel. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Laaneserva residences)
Message
NOBE (corporate name Nordecon Betoon OÜ), a Nordecon group company, and Capital Mill group development companies signed a contract for the construction of four terraced houses in the Laaneserva residential area, where a total of 36 apartments will be built in Viimsi parish located at Laaneserva road 6, Laanelinnu road 5, Laaneserva road 8 and Laanelinnu road 7. The total value of the contract is close to 6.8 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed in spring-summer of 2024.
