Nordecon AS-i nõukogu kiitis 20.04.2023 toimunud koosolekul heaks Nordecon AS-i konsolideeritud 2022. aasta auditeeritud majandusaasta aruande koos kasumi jaotamise ettepanekuga. Nõukogu otsustas juhatuse poolt ette valmistatud aruande ja ettepaneku kasumi jaotamise kohta saata kinnitamiseks aktsionäride korralisele üldkoosolekule juhatuse poolt esitatud kujul. Nordecon AS-i aktsionäridele kuuluv 2022. a majandusaasta puhaskahjum on 3 650 tuhat eurot. Eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasum on kokku 6 341 tuhat eurot. Katta 2022. a majandusaasta puhaskahjum eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasumi arvelt. Jätta eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasum ülejäänud osas jaotamata ning mitte maksta aktsionäridele dividende. Eraldisi reservkapitali ega teistesse seaduse või põhikirjaga ettenähtud reservidesse mitte teha. The council of Nordecon AS approved on 20 April 2023 the consolidated audited annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2022. The council decided to present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders. The net loss attributable to the owners of Nordecon AS for the 2022 financial year amounts to 3,650 thousand euros. The retained profit of previous periods amounts to 6,341 thousand euros. To cover the net loss of the 2022 financial year on the account of the retained profit of the previous periods. To leave the retained profit of previous periods in the remaining part undistributed and not pay dividends to the shareholders.
