AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Embach Ehitus OÜ ja Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Port Athena kvartali hoonetekompleksi ehituseks aadressile Tartu, Väike-Turu 7. Kavandatav hoonete grupp koosneb neljast kuuekorruselisest ja ühest seitsmekorruselisest hoonest. Ühine maa-alune korrus on suuremas osas kasutusel autoparklana. Hoonete maapealsetel korrustel hakkavad paiknema äripinnad ja bürooruumid. Lepingu maksumus on 29,9 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Kompleksi ehitusperiood on 29 kuud alates ehitusloa väljastamisest. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Port Athena commercial and office complex)

AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ signed a contract for the construction of a building complex in the Port Athena quarter at Tartu, Väike-Turu 7. The planned group of buildings consists of four six- story and one seven-story building. The common underground floor is mostly used as a parking facility. Commercial and office spaces will be located on the ground floors of the buildings. The cost of the contract is 29.9 million euros, plus VAT. The construction period of the complex is 29 months from the issuance of the building permit.
