The Management Board of RESBUD SE seated in Tallinn informs, that on 13 January 2021 the Company received information from auditor Hansa Audit OÜ about the termination of the contract with the issuer. The contract was terminated for health reasons at the side of the auditor. The Management Board of RESBUD SE is going to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting in February 2021, to elect a new auditor.
The Agreement shall be terminated on 14 January 2021.

Zarząd RESBUD SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że w dniu 13 stycznia 2021 roku Spółka otrzymała informację od audytora Hansa Audit OÜ o rozwiązaniu umowy z emitentem. Umowa została rozwiązania z przyczyn zdrowotnych, leżących po stronie audytora. Zarząd RESBUD SE zamierza zwołać w lutym 2021 Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie, celem wyboru nowego audytora.
Umowa ulega rozwiązaniu z dniem 14 stycznia 2021 roku.
