AS Baltika informs of following changes in substantial shareholding: due to the
registration of the increase of share capital in the Commercial Register on
August 13, 2019 the shareholding of KJK Fund Sicav-SIF(on ING LUXEMBOURG S.A.
AIF ACCOUNT account) has increased to 89.69 percentage and E. Miroglio Finance
S.A. (on Clearstream Banking Luxembourg S.A. account) shareholding has decreased
to 1.97 percentage.
The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange about changes in substantial
ownership according to § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
KJK Fund SICAV-SIF announced its intention to make a takeover bid for the
acquisition of all AS Baltika shares in a stock exchange announcement released
on August 16, 2019.
