The headings of 9 August 2019 Äripäev front page article "Merko showed a minus"
(original: "Merko näitas miinust") and the article ?Profit will recover next
year" (original: "Kasum taastub järgmisel aastal") on page 14, disclosed
incorrect data and misleading information to the shareholders and the public.
Hereby we confirm that correct data is available in AS Merko Ehitus quarterly
report, which was disclosed on 8 August 2019 through stock exchange system.
Correct information is available on company´s channels, not in media. We
apologize to the shareholders for misconceptions.
