Jarkko Alho will be elected as the Chairman of the Management Board of Vettel
OÜ, Trio Trading Ab Oy and Heimon Kala Oy (subsidiaries of AS PRFoods) as of 1
July 2019. Additionally, Jarkko Alho will be elected as of 1 July 2019 to the
Management Board of AS PRFoods' subsidiary Överumans Fisk AB.
Jarkko Alho is a top manager in the fishing industry with a long-term experience
and he has led the fish division of Apetit Kala Oy (2014-2017). Jarkko Alho was
the CEO of Finnforel Oy in 2017-2018 and the Development Manager of Apetit Ruoka
Oy since 2018. Jarkko Alho does not own any shares of AS PRFoods.
Jarkko Alho's tasks are merging operations of the Estonian and Finnish companies
of AS PRFoods and generating synergies, especially in product development and
sales both in domestic and export markets.
