AS Tallinna Vesi (trading code TVEAT, ISIN code EE3100026436) will close the
list of shareholders for dividend payment
(https://tallinnavesi.ee/en/investor/shareholders-meeting/31-05-2018/2018-
decisions-of-the-annual-general-meeting-of-shareholders/) on 14.06.2018 at the
end of the working day of the settlement system.
Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is 13.06.2018. From that date the new
owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the year 2017.
AS Tallinna Vesi will pay dividend 0.36 euros per A-share and 600 euros per B-
share. Dividends are paid out to shareholders on 26.06.2018.
