The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 28/06/2024, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 14/03/2024.
In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:
" 2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 259 000 (two hundred fifty-nine thousand) euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 1 036 000 (one million thirty-six thousand) euros."
Currently, the share capital of FON SE is EUR 259 000,00.
