Nordecon AS and Riigi Kinnisvara Aktsiaselts (State Real Estate Ltd) entered
into contract for construction of the new building of Kohtla-Järve State
Gymnasium located Pärna 47. New two storey school with 2,800 m(2) of net space
and additional underground technical floor will be a zero-energy building. The
construction works will be completed next summer and school opened on 01
September 2019. The value of works is 4.347 million euros, plus VAT.
