On June 12, 2019, Tallinn City Council approved the detailed spatial plan of the
land plot that belongs to the subsidiary of Arco Vara AS, Kodulahe II OÜ, and is
located at Paldiski mnt 74 in Tallinn. The size of the land plot is 9739 m(2)
and the expected GBA is 11700 m(2). By approving the detailed plan, Tallinn City
Council confirmed that the plan is in conformity with the relevant legislation
and with the spatial development objectives of the city municipality. The
process will continue with the public display of the detailed spatial plan which
will be arranged by Tallinn City Council.
