Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Icosagen AS’i bioloogiliste ravimite tehas)

AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Embach Ehitus OÜ ja ICO Park OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Kambja vallas, Õssu külas, Eerika tee 1 asuva Icosagen AS'i bioloogiliste ravimite tehase ehitustööde teostamiseks. 1600 m(2) suurune ravimitehase hoone koosneb funktsionaalselt kahest osast - esimesele korrusele on projekteeritud arenduslaborid ja rakukultuuride tootmislaborid, teisele korrusele bioloogiliste ravimikandidaatide tootmisüksus, et toota puhasruumi tingimustes kliiniliste katsetuste jaoks terapeutilisi antikehi ja valke. Teostatavate tööde maksumus on ligikaudu 4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Kogu hoone ja cGMP tehase valmimisaeg on 2023. aasta juuni lõpp. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Icosagen AS GMP manufacturing facility)

AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and ICO Park OÜ signed a contract for the construction of the Icosagen AS GMP manufacturing facility located in Eerika tee 1, Õssu village, Kambja municipality. The new manufacturing facility is 1,600 m(2) in size and composed of two functional parts - laboratories and cell culture rooms are designed to be on the ground floor, and the production unit with clean room conditions for the production of biological drug candidates for clinical trials will be on the second floor. The cost of the works is appr. 4 million euros plus value added tax. The entire building with the cGMP part will be completed in June 2023.
