Hepsor ASi tütarettevõte ostis kinnistu Tallinnas aadressil Nõmme tee 57

Hepsor ASi tütarettevõte Hepsor N57 OÜ omandas 19. septembril 2022 kinnistu Tallinnas aadressil Nõmme tee 57. Rahulikus ja rohelises Kristiine linnaosas asuva arendusprojekti ehitusega alustatakse juba käesoleva aasta neljandas kvartalis. Kokku on arendusprojektis 26 erineva suurusega korterit alates kompaktsetest ühetoalistest kuni avarate neljatoaliste ja suure terassiga korteriteni. Hepsor ASi juhatuse liige Henri Laks ütles: ?Viimase aasta jooksul oleme lisanud oma arendusportfelli 9 uut projekti sh 4 Eestis ja 5 Lätis. Kokku on tehingutega arendusmahutu lisandunud ca 430 korterit (sh ca 250 Eestis ja ca 180 Lätis) ehk umbes 26% kogu kontserni korterite arendusmahust ning ligikaudu 27 700 m(2) äripinda peamiselt Lätis. Omandatud arendusprojektide ehitusega alustamine jääb aastatesse 2022-2027. Kõikide uute projektide puhul oleme tähtsaks pidanud rohelise mõtteviisi kontseptsiooni rakendamise võimalikkust." Hepsor N57 OÜ, a subsidiary of Hepsor AS, acquired a property at Nõmme tee 57, Tallinn on 19 August 2022. The construction of the development project located in peaceful and green Kristiine administrative district will begin already in the fourth quarter of 2022. The development project has 26 apartments of different sizes, from compact one-room apartments to spacious four-room apartments with large terraces. Henri Laks, member of the Management Board of Hepsor AS, said: ?Over the last year we have added 9 new development projects including 4 in Estonia and 5 in Latvia. Total addition amounts to approximately 430 apartments (incl ca 250 in Estonia and ca 180 in Latvia), which is about 26% of Group's residential development projects, and approximately 27,700 m(2) of commercial property mostly in Latvia.
