Kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuse liikme volituste pikendamine (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

ASi Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu 29. augusti 2022 otsusega on pikendatud AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatuse liikme Ivo Volkovi volitusi uueks kolmeaastaseks perioodiks alates 01.01.2023. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatus jätkab kolmeliikmelisena: Ivo Volkov (esimees), Jaan Mäe ja Veljo Viitmann. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (merko.ee (http://www.merko.ee/)) on Eesti juhtiv ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid ning arendab elukondlikku kinnisvara. Parima kvaliteedi tagamiseks haldab Merko korteriarenduse kõiki etappe: kavandamine, projekteerimine, ehitamine, müük ja garantiiaegne teenindus. Extension of the powers of the Member of the Management Board of a group’s subsidiary (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

According to a decision of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti from 29 August 2022, the mandate of the Member of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Mr. Ivo Volkov, has been extended for the new three-year period starting from 01 January 2023. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with three members: Mr. Ivo Volkov (the Chairman), Mr. Jaan Mäe and Mr. Veljo Viitmann. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (merko.ee (https://merko.ee/en/)) is Estonian leading construction company, which offers construction services in general construction, civil engineering and residential construction and develops residential real estate.
