Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (RKIK laod)

Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid töövõtulepingu ladude ning seonduvate välisvõrkude projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks Harjumaal. Tööde kogumaksumus on 14,6 miljonit eurot käibemaksuta ning need valmivad 2023. aasta suvel. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Soomes, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2021. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 289 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 685 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (ECDI storage facilities)

Nordecon AS and Centre of Defence Investments entered into a contract for the design and construction of storage facilities with associated utility networks in Harju County. The value of the contract is 14.6 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed in summer of 2023. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
