Täiendava osaluse omandamine äriühingus (Connecto Eesti AS)
Teade
25. veebruaril 2022 sõlmis AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti lepingu Aardekapp OÜga täiendava 15% osaluse (82 500 aktsia) omandamiseks elektri-, gaasi- ja telekommunikatsioonivõrke projekteerivas, ehitavas ja hooldavas ettevõttes Connecto Eesti AS. Leping on jätkuks 2.juunil 2021 sõlmitud (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b5e01c2b545b259efa2444499351000e4&lang= et) osaluse omandamise kokkulepetele. Peale täiendava osaluse omandamist kuulub Merko kontsernile 50% Connecto Eesti AS-st ja viimane muutub AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ning Aardekapp OÜ ühisettevõtteks. Osaluse omandamine kahe tehingu kogumina ei ole oluliseks osaluse omandamiseks Tallinna väärtpaberibörsi reglemendi osa "Nõuded Emitentidele" tähenduses. Acquisition of additional shareholding (Connecto Eesti AS)

On 25 February 2022, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, signed a contract with Aardekapp OÜ to acquire additional 15% holding (82,500 shares) in Connecto Eesti AS, which designs, builds and maintains electrical, gas and telecommunications networks. The agreement is a continuation of the share acquisition agreements entered into on 2 June 2021 (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b5e01c2b545b259efa2444499351000e4&lang= en). After the acquisition of an additional shareholding, the Merko group owns 50% of Connecto Eesti AS and the latter will become a joint venture between AS Merko Ehitus Eesti and Aardekapp OÜ. The acquisition of a holding as a set of two transactions is not a significant acquisition within the meaning "Requirements for Issuers" of the Tallinn Stock Market rules.
