Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Viljandi Aken ja Uks AS tootmishoone)

AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Embach Ehitus OÜ ning Viljandi Aken ja Uks AS sõlmisid töövõtulepingu ettevõtte Raua tn tootmishoone laienduse projekteerimis- ehitustööde teostamiseks. Rajatavasse hoonesse on planeeritud ühekorruseline tootmisala ning kahekorruseline olme- ja bürooruumide hooneosa ning juurdeehituse suletud netopind on 8 172 m(2). Hoone valmib septembris 2022. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Soomes, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 690 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Viljandi Aken ja Uks AS production facilities)

AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ entered into contract with Viljandi Aken ja Uks AS for the design and construction of the extension of the company's production facilities in Raua str, Viljandi. A one-storey production area and a two-storey section of utility and office space will be built, the closed net area of the extension being 8,172 sqm. The building will be completed in September 2022.
