Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (RKIK laod)

Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid töövõtulepingu ladude ning seonduvate välisvõrkude projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks Harjumaal. Tööde kogumaksumus on 9,8 miljonit eurot käibemaksuta ning need valmivad 2022. aasta lõpuks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 680 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (ECDI storage facilities)

Nordecon AS and Centre of Defence Investments entered into a contract for the design and construction of storage facilities with associated utility networks in Harju County. The value of the contract is 9.8 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed by the end of 2022. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
