Teade

The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs that on 14/09/2021 the Company received the company  Patro  Invest OÜ - Ariregister code - 14381342, a notification on direct increase of shareholding of Investment Friends SE. The notification was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act.
