Mažeikiai Wind Farm tuulikute vundamenditööd

Nordecon AS andis oma 28.05.2021. a börsiteates teada, et Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte NOBE (ärinimi Nordecon Betoon OÜ) ja Nordex Lithuania GmbH sõlmisid lepingu Leetu Mazheikiai linna lähedusse rajatava Mazheikiai Wind Farmi tuulepargi 14 tuuliku vundamentide ehituseks, lepingulise maksumusega ligi 6 miljonit eurot. Seoses tellija poolsete eeltingimuste mittetäitmisega teatab Nordecon AS, et mainitud lepingut täitmisele ei pöörata. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 675 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Mažeikiai Wind Farm turbine basement works

In the company announcement dated 28 May 2021, Nordecon AS announced that NOBE (corporate name Nordecon Betoon OÜ), a Nordecon Group company, and Nordex Lithuania GmbH entered into an agreement for the construction of basements for 14 turbines in Mazheikiai Wind Farm to be installed in Lithuania close to the city Mazheikiai, with the contract value of close to 6 million euros. Due to the non-fulfilment of the preconditions by the customer, Nordecon AS announces that the said agreement will not be executed. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Sweden, Finland and Ukraine. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
