Nordecon AS dividendimakse ex-päev

Nordecon AS (väärtpaberi lühinimi NCN1T, ISIN kood EE3100039496) fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja dividendi maksmiseks (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b96c73f3a59b70d2c49a9b319a9898135&lang= et) 15.06.2021 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguse muutumise päev (ex-päev) 14.06.2021. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2020. majandusaasta eest. Nordecon AS maksab dividendi 0,06 eurot aktsia kohta hiljemalt 29.09.2021. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 675 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Ex-date of dividend payment of Nordecon AS

Nordecon AS (trading code NCN1T, ISIN code EE3100039496) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b96c73f3a59b70d2c49a9b319a9898135&lang= en) on 15 June 2021 at the end of the working day of the settlement system. Proceeding from the above, the ex-date for the payment is 14 June 2021. As of this date a person who acquired shares is not entitled to dividends for the 2020 financial year. Nordecon AS will pay dividend 0.06 euros per share on 29 September 2021 at the latest.
