Resbud SE Annual report 2020

The Management Board of Resbud SE, registered office
in Tallin informs, that annual report submitted today has not yet been
audited. Published report doesn't include the opinion of the auditor. This
is caused by the fact that the previous auditor terminated the contract
for the examination of the 2020 annual report on 13 January 2021 for
health reasons. RESBUD SE after receiving the notice of termination had
to choose and sign a contract with new auditor, which was on April 23,
2021. As the new auditor did not have sufficient time to examine the
report, the audit has not yet been completed. According to the
information held by the Management Board, the auditor will complete his
work by 17 May 2021.The issuer will immediately provide the auditor's
opinion after receiving it. Furthermore, from information held by the
issuer's management board stems, that the annual report presented today
will not change significantly, after issuing opinion by the auditor.
