Merks Viesturdārzs korteriarendusprojekti II etapi ehitusega alustamine (Riia, Läti)

ASi Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks on alustanud Riias asuva Merks Viesturd?rzs korteriarendusprojekti teise etapi ehitust, mille raames valmib 2022. aasta esimeses pooles üks hoone 167 korteri ja 7 äripinnaga. Aadressil R?pniec?base tn 27 asuva viie- kuni seitsmekorruselise hoone korterite suurus on vahemikus 33-150 ruutmeetrit ning ruutmeetrihinnad vahemikus 2500-2900 eurot. Merks Viesturd?rzs (merksviesturdarzs.lv (https://merksviesturdarzs.lv/en/)) korteriarendusprojekt asub Riia kesklinnas. Hooned on A energiaklassiga, igal korteril on rõdu või terrass ning uue etapi korteritel ka põrandaküte. Hoovi rajatakse laste mänguväljak ning maa-alusele parkimiskorrusele panipaigad ja parkimiskohad koos elektriautode laadija paigaldamise võimalusega. Arendusprojekt hõlmab kokku kolme hoonet ligikaudu 350 korteriga. Esimene hoone aadressil R?pniec?base tn 25 valmis 2020. aastal. SIA Merks (merks.lv (https://merks.lv/en/)) on Läti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid ning kuulub Läti juhtivate elukondliku kinnisvara arendajate sekka, olles rajanud Lätti kokku enam kui 1500 korterit. Start of construction of the second stage of the Merks Viesturdārzs residential project (Riga, Latvia)

SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of the second stage of Merks Viesturd?rzs residential project in Riga. The new stage includes one building with 167 apartments and 7 commercial units, which are to be completed in the first half of 2022. The size of the apartments at the R?pniec?bas street 27 five- to seven-storeyed building ranges between 33-150 square metres and the price per square metre ranges from 2,500 to 2,900 euros. Merks Viesturd?rzs (merksviesturdarzs.lv (https://merksviesturdarzs.lv/en/)) residential project is located in the prestigious Quiet Centre area in Riga. The buildings will have energy class A. Each apartment will have a balcony or terrace and the new stage building will have heated floors. There will be children's playground in the yard, underground private storage spaces and parking with a possibility to install a charging point for electric cars. The development project comprises in total of three residential buildings with approximately 350 apartments. The first building at R?pniec?bas street 25 was completed in 2020.
