The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia, entered into Estonian commercial register Ariregister under number 14617862, informs that the Borrower Elkop SE headquartered in Płock (KRS number 0000782225) made today an early repayment of a part of the loan borrowed by FON Zarządzanie Nieruchomościami Sp. z o. o. from Investment Friends SE. The amount repaid on 09/06/2020 is PLN 4.000.000,00 (four million zlotys).
The debt balance due to described loan as at the date of its takeover, i.e. June 27, 2019 was PLN 6.736.416,63 (six million seven hundred thirty-six thousand four hundred sixteen zlotys 63/100). The Loan Agreement of 24/04/2018 was concluded for the period till 24/04/2021.
