Nordecon AS juhatuse liikmete volituste pikendamine

Seoses juhatuse liikmete Maret Tambeki ja Priit Lumani volituste lõppemisega 30.04.2020 ning juhatuse liikme Ando Voogma volituste lõppemisega 01.08.2020 ja vajadusega ühtlustada juhatuse liikmete teenistusperioodi, otsustas Nordecon AS nõukogu pikendada Maret Tambeki, Priit Lumani ja Ando Voogma volitusi juhatuse liikmetena kuni 30.04.2023. Nordecon AS juhatus jätkab tööd neljaliikmelisena: Gerd Müller (esimees), Maret Tambek, Priit Luman ja Ando Voogma. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2019. aasta konsolideeritud auditeerimata müügitulu oli 234 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 690 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Prolongation of terms of office for the management board members of Nordecon AS

Due to the expiry of the terms of office for the management board members Maret Tambek and Priit Luman on 30 April 2020 and the expiry of the term of office for the management board member Ando Voogma on 01 August 2020 and with the aim to harmonise the terms of office of the management board members, the council of Nordecon AS decided simultaneously to prolong the terms of office for Maret Tambek, Priit Luman and Ando Voogma until 30 April 2023. The management board will continue to operate with four members: Gerd Müller (chairman), Maret Tambek, Priit Luman and Ando Voogma. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Sweden, Finland and Ukraine. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
