Date of publication of estimates of preliminary financial data for 2019

The Management Board of RESBUD SE seated in Tallinn informs, that on 9 March 2020 it will announce preliminary financial estimates for 2019. Preliminary estimates to be given on 9 March 2020, will be given to the best knowledge of the Management Board at the date of their publishing, but are subject to change. The Company is currently preparing its 2019 annual accounts, which will include final financial data. The preliminary financial estimates to be submitted on 9 March 2020 have not yet been examined by the auditor. In the event of significant changes to the submitted data, even before the official publication of the 2019 annual report, the issuer will update the data published on 9 March 2020.
