Coop Pank pikendab Martin Ilvese volitusi Coop Liising AS-i juhatuses

Coop Liising AS-i nõukogu otsustas täna, 6. märtsil 2020, pikendada Coop Pank AS-i tütarettevõtte Coop Liising AS-i juhatuse liikme Martin Ilvese volitusi järgnevaks kolmeaastaseks ametiajaks. Martin Ilves on alates 2017. aastast Coop Liising AS-i juhatuse liige ning liisingu äriliini juht. Varasemalt on ta töötanud AS-is DnB NORD Liising (2007 - 2014) peamiselt liisingu riskijuhina ning aastal 2016.a oli ta osaühingu Citadele Leasing&Factoring tegevdirektor. Martin Ilves omandas 2001. aastal bakalaureusekraadi rahvusvahelises ärijuhtimises Concordia Rahvusvahelisest Ülikoolist Eestis. Martin Ilves ei oma Coop Panga aktsiaid. Eesti kapitalil põhinev Coop Pank on üks viiest Eestis tegutsevast universaalpangast. Pangal on 65 700 igapäevapanganduse klienti. Coop Pank kasutab jaekaubanduse ja panganduse vahel tekkivat sünergiat ning toob igapäevased pangateenused inimeste kodu lähedale. Panga strateegiliseks aktsionäriks on kodumaine kaubanduskett Coop Eesti, mille müügivõrgustikku kuulub 340 kauplust. Coop Pank extends authorities of Martin Ilves as Member of the Management Board of Coop Liising AS

Today, on March 6(th) 2020, the Supervisory Board of Coop Liising AS, decided to extend the term of office of Mr. Martin Ilves, Member of the Management Board of Coop Liising AS a subsidiary of Coop Pank AS, for a term effective as of the end of his previous term until 05.03.2023. Martin Ilves has been a Member of the Management Board of Coop Liising since 2017 and the Head of Leasing Business Line. He received a Bachelor´s degree in International Business Administration from the Concordia International University Estonia in 2001. Previously he has been working in AS DnB Nord Liising (2007 - 2014), mainly as the Head of Risk, and in 2016 he was the CEO of OÜ Citadele Leasing & Factoring. Martin Ilves does not own any shares of Coop Pank AS. Coop Pank, based on Estonian capital, is one of the five universal banks operating in Estonia. The number of clients using Coop Pank for their daily banking is 65,700. Coop Pank aims to put the synergy generated by the interaction of retail business and banking to good use and to bring everyday banking services closer to people's homes.
