Tallinnas registreeritud Resbud SE juhatus teatab, et 2019. aasta majandusaasta aruanne avalikustatakse 30. aprillil 2020, samas kui 2020. aasta esimese poolaasta aruanne avalikustatakse 30. septembril 2020. Samal ajal märgib emitent, et vastavalt MAR artiklile 19 ei tohi isikud, kes täidavad juhtimiskohustusi 31. märtsist 2020 kuni 30. aprillini 2020 ja 31. augustist 2020 kuni 30. septembrini 2020, teha oma arvel ega kolmanda osapoole konto, mis on otseselt või kaudselt seotud emitendi aktsiate või võlainstrumentidega või nendega seotud tuletisinstrumentide või muude finantsinstrumentidega.

The Management Board of Resbud SE, registered seat in Tallinn, informs that annual report for 2019 will be disclosed on 30 April 2020, while half-yearly report for the first half of 2020 will be disclosed on 30 September 2020. At the same time, the issuer indicates that, in accordance with Article 19 of the MAR persons discharging managerial responsibilities from 31 March 2020 to 30 April 2020 and from 31 August 2020 to 30 September 2020 shall not conduct any transactions on its own account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, relating to the shares or debt instruments of the issuer or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them.
