The Management Board of Investment Friends SE based in Tallinn informs that on 27/01/2020 it became aware of the establishment of a registered pledge by Nasdaq CSD on 27/01/2020 between Patro Invest OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn and Damar Patro UÜ with its registered office in Tallinn.
Patro Invest OÜ, as the pledgor established a registered pledge for Damar Patro UÜ at 1 892 701 (one million eight hundred ninety two thousand seven hundred one)  materialized ordinary registered shares not admitted to public trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange marked with the code EE3100143033 without nominal value owned by Patro Invest OÜ in the number 1 892 701 - "Registered pledge".
During the term of this registered pledge 1 892 701 shares with the ISIN code EE3100143033 have limited transferability and cannot be publicly traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
