TEADE EI OLE MÕELDUD AVALDAMISEKS AMEERIKA ÜHENDRIIKIDES, AUSTRAALIAS, KANADAS, JAAPANIS VÕI ÜHESKI MUUS JURIDSIKTSIOONIS, KUS SELLINE TEGEVUS OLEKS EBASEADUSLIK Käesolev teadaanne on avaldatud seoses Coop Pank AS (edaspidi "Äriühing") aktsiate esmase avaliku pakkumisega ning seda tuleb lugeda koos Äriühingu 11. novembri 2019. aasta avaliku pakkumise prospektiga. Äriühingule on edastatud AS LHV Pank, kui stabilisatsiooni korraldaja teade, milles kinnitati, et järgmiste väärtpaberitega ei toimunud ühtegi stabiliseerimistehingut: Äriühing: Coop Pank AS Väärtpaberid: lihtaktsiad Kauplemiskoht: Nasdaq Tallinn börsi Balti Põhinimekiri Stabiliseerimisperioodi alguskuupäev: 10. detsember 2019. a Stabiliseerimisperioodi lõppkuupäev: 08. jaanuar 2020. a Käesolev teavitus on esitatud informatsiooni eesmärgil ning see ei kujuta endast üleskutset või pakkumist tagada, märkida või muul viisil omandada või võõrandada Äriühingu poolt emiteeritud väärtpabereid üheski jurisdiktsioonis. Eesti kapitalil põhinev Coop Pank on üks viiest Eestis tegutsevast universaalpangast. Coop Pangal on üle Eesti 15 pangakontorit ja 19 pangapunkti. Pangal on 61 900 igapäevapanganduse klienti. Coop Pank kasutab jaekaubanduse ja panganduse vahel tekkivat sünergiat ning toob igapäevased pangateenused inimeste kodu lähedale. Panga enamusaktsionäriks on kodumaine kaubanduskett Coop Eesti, mille müügivõrgustikku kuulub 340 kauplust. Coop Pank hereby informs that it has received a notice from AS LHV Pank, acting
as stabilising manager, stating that that no stabilisation transactions were
carried out in relation to the following securities:
