Repayment of the remaining part of the loan.

The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE headquarted in Tallinn, hereby with reference to the current report no. 56/2018 of 14/12/2018 and the current report no. 30/2019 of 21/06/2019, and the current report no 38/2019 of 30/12/2019 informs that on 31/12/2019 pursuant to the provisions of the Cash Loan Agreement concluded on 14/12/2018 by the Issuer as a Lender with the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. in Płock (KRS 0000512607), as the Borrower, the Issuer received repayment of the remaining part of the loan granted.

The issuer received a total refund of PLN 36.615.207,72 which includes the principal of the loan granted in the amount of PLN 35.000.000 and the interest in the amount of PLN 1.615.207,72.

The Issuer also informs that between ATLANTIS SE and the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Płock there are personal ties. The Chairman of the Borrower's Management Board is a Member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board.
