FON SE based at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia, entered into the commercial register of Estonia under number 14617916 agreed on 11/12/2019 to take over the debt of FON Zarządzanie Nieruchomościami Sp. z o.o. of 27/06/2019 towards FON SE due to the cash loan granted on 24/04/2018 in the total amount of PLN 19.042.400,00 (nineteen million forty two thousand four hundred zlotys 00/100) and the balance of debt under the described loan as on 27/06/2019 the statements totaled 19.994.231,10 PLN (nineteen million nine hundred ninety four thousand two hundred thirty one zlotys 10/100) by ELKOP Spółka Europejska (KRS No. 0000782225).
