Kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuse esimehe volituste pikendamine ja uue juhatuse esimehe nimetamine (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

Teade

AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu otsustas
pikendada juhatuse esimehe Keit Paali volitusi 31. detsembrini 2019 ja nimetada
alates 1. jaanuarist 2020 ettevõtte uueks juhatuse esimeheks Ivo Volkovi.

Ivo Volkovi volitused AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatuse esimehena kehtivad 1.
jaanuarist 2020 kuni 31. detsembrini 2022. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatuse
liikmetena jätkavad Jaan Mäe, Alar Lagus ja Veljo Viitmann.

Ivo Volkov töötab praegu PKC Group Plc Euroopa ja Lõuna-Ameerika
tootmistegevuste asepresidendina, lisaks on ta PKC Eesti AS-i juhatuse liige.
Varasemalt on ta olnud PKC Group Plc Lõuna-Ameerika regionaalne direktor, PKC
Eesti AS-i juhatuse esimees, Cargotec Estonia AS-i juhatuse esimees ning
töötanud erinevatel positsioonidel Elcoteqi kontsernis.

Extension of the powers of the Chairman of the Management Board of group’s subsidiary entity and appointment of a new Chairman of the Management Board (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

Teade

The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group,
decided to extend the powers of the Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Keit
Paal, until 31 December 2019, and to appoint Mr. Ivo Volkov as the new Chairman
of the Management Board starting from 1 January 2020.

The powers of Mr. Ivo Volkov as the Chairman of AS Merko Ehitus Management Board
are in place from 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2022. Mr. Jaan Mäe, Mr. Alar
Lagus and Mr. Veljo Viitmann remain as members of the Management Board of AS
Merko Ehitus Eesti.

Currently, Mr. Ivo Volkov is employed by PKC Group Plc as Vice President of
Operations, Europe and South America. In addition, he is a member of PKC Eesti
AS Management Board. Previously he has been Regional Director, South America, in
PKC Group Plc, the Chairman of the Management Board of PKC Eesti AS and Chairman
of the Management Board of Cargotec Estonia AS as well as held different
positions in Elcoteq group.
