New management board member of City Service SE

The Supervisory Board of City Service SE hereinafter - the Company elected Aivaras Šimkus as a new Management Board member. New Management Board Member will start its position as of 1st of August 2019 and will be responsible for legal questions, processes and its effectiveness, real estate and transport management within the Group in all jurisdictions. From 1st of August 2019 the Company’s Management Board shall consist of 7 seven members Artūras Gudelis, Vytautas Turonis, Tomas Kleiva, Edvinas Paulauskas, Algė Jablonskienė, Aivaras Šimkus and Dalius Šimaitis. Each member shall act and represent the Company individually within the competence prescribed to him/her.
