Ervin Nurmela lahkub AS-ist Pro Kapital Grupp, sh grupi tütarettevõtete juhatustest ja nõukogudest

AS Pro Kapital Grupp teavitab, et viimased 12,5 aastat Pro Kapitalis töötanud Ervin Nurmela lahkub alates 01.09.2019 Pro Kapitalist, et keskenduda isiklike ettevõtete juhtimisele. Viimasel kahel aastal vastutas Ervin Eesti elamuarenduse eest, kuulus mitmete grupi tütarettevõtete juhatustesse ning oli ühe tütarettevõtte nõukogu liige. ?Ervin on teinud erakordset tööd Eesti elamukinnisvara projektide välja arendamisel, mis on viimastel aastatel näidanud väga häid tulemusi. Oma juriidiliste ja äriliste teadmiste ning mõtlemisega on ta grupile olnud väga suureks väärtuseks. Mõistame Ervini soovi, peale 12,5 aastat Pro Kapitalis, keskenduda isiklike ettevõtete juhtimisele. Soovin teda tänada tema pikaajalise pühendumuse ja panuse eest grupi tegevusse. Loodame pikaajalisele koostööle Erviniga ka tulevikus," sõnas AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp juhatuse esimees Paolo Michelozzi. Alates 01.09.2019 jätkavad grupi järgmiste tütarettevõtete juhatused ja üks nõukogu järgmises koosseisus: Pro Kapitali Eesti kontserni ettevõtted: 1. AS Pro Kapital Eesti - juhatus: Allan Remmelkoor 2. OÜ Ilmarise Kvartal - juhatus: Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi, Allan Remmelkoor 3. AS Tondi Kvartal - juhatus: Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi 4. OÜ Marsi Elu - juhatus: Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi 5. OÜ Kalaranna Kvartal - juhatus: Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi 6. OÜ Dunte Arendus - juhatus: Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi AS Pro Kapital Latvia (Pro Kapitali Läti kontserni ettevõte) nõukogu uue koosseisu osas ning Pro Kapital Vilnius Real Estate UAB ja PK Invest UAB (Leedu kontserni ettevõtete) ning PRO KAPITAL GERMANY HOLDINGS OÜ ja Pro Kapital Germany GmbH (Saksamaa kontserni ettevõtete) juhatuse uue koosseisu osas teeb ettevõte täiendava börsiteate hiljem. Ervin Nurmela to leave AS Pro Kapital Grupp, including Management Boards and Council of group subsidiaries

AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs that from 01.09.2019 Ervin Nurmela is leaving the group after 12,5 years with the company to focus on the management of his personal companies. For the past two years, Ervin was responsible for the Estonian residential development and was a member of Management Boards and one Council of several subsidiaries of AS Pro Kapital Grupp. "Ervin has done outstanding work to develop our Estonian residential development business, which has shown very good results within recent years. His legal and commercial know-how and thinking has been a great value to the group. After 12,5 years with the group, we understand Ervin's wish to focus on the management of his personal companies. I would like to thank him for his long-term dedication and contribution. We are looking forward to our continuing cooperation in the future," said the CEO of AS Pro Kapital Grupp, Mr Paolo Michelozzi. From 01.09.2019 the following Management Boards and Councils of the Group subsidiaries shall continue in the following compositions: Pro Kapital Estonia Group companies: 1.
