PRF: Muudatused AS-i PRFoods tütarettevõtjate juhatustes
Teade
Jarkko Alho valitakse alates 01.07.2019 AS-i PRFoods tütarettevõtjate Vettel OÜ, Trio Trading Ab Oy ja Heimon Kala Oy juhatuse esimeheks. Samuti valitakse Jarkko Alho alates 01.07.2019 Rootsi tütarettevõtja Överumans Fisk AB juhatuse liikmeks. Jarkko Alho on kalatööstuse pikaajalise kogemusega tippjuht ja on varasemalt juhtinud Apetit Kala Oy kaladivisjoni (2014-2017). Aastatel 2017-2018 oli Jarkko Alho Finnforel Oy tegevjuht ja alates 2018-ndast aastast Apetit Ruoka Oy arendusjuht. Jarkko Alho ei oma AS-i PRFoods aktsiaid. Jarkko Alho ülesanneteks on AS-i PRFoods Eesti ja Soome ettevõtete äritegevuste ühendamine ning sünergiate loomine, eriti tootearenduses ja müügis nii koduturul kui ka eksportturgudel. PRF: Changes in the management boards of subsidiaries of AS PRFoods

Jarkko Alho will be elected as the Chairman of the Management Board of Vettel OÜ, Trio Trading Ab Oy and Heimon Kala Oy (subsidiaries of AS PRFoods) as of 1 July 2019. Additionally, Jarkko Alho will be elected as of 1 July 2019 to the Management Board of AS PRFoods' subsidiary Överumans Fisk AB. Jarkko Alho is a top manager in the fishing industry with a long-term experience and he has led the fish division of Apetit Kala Oy (2014-2017). Jarkko Alho was the CEO of Finnforel Oy in 2017-2018 and the Development Manager of Apetit Ruoka Oy since 2018. Jarkko Alho does not own any shares of AS PRFoods. Jarkko Alho's tasks are merging operations of the Estonian and Finnish companies of AS PRFoods and generating synergies, especially in product development and sales both in domestic and export markets.
