Nordecon AS dividendimakse ja aktsiakapitali vähendamise makse ex-päev

Nordecon AS (väärtpaberi lühinimi NCN1T, ISIN kood EE3100039496) fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja dividendi maksmiseks ja aktsiakapitali vähendamise makse tegemiseks (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=892191&me ssageId=1123142) 12.06.2019 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud mõlema õiguse muutumise päev (ex- päev) 11.06.2019. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud saama ei dividende 2018. majandusaasta eest ega makset aktsiakapitali vähendamise eest. Nordecon AS maksab dividendi 0,06 eurot aktsia kohta hiljemalt 21.06.2019. Makse aktsiakapitali vähendamise eest summas 0,06 eurot aktsia kohta tehakse aktsionäridele mitte varem kui kolme kuu möödumisel aktsiakapitali vähendamise äriregistrisse kandmisest, kuid hiljemalt kolme kuu ja 14 kalendripäeva möödumisel aktsiakapitali vähendamise äriregistrisse kandmisest tingimusel, et võlausaldajate tähtaegselt esitatud nõuded on tagatud või rahuldatud. Ex-date of dividend payment and payment for the decrease of the share capital of Nordecon AS

Nordecon AS (trading code NCN1T, ISIN code EE3100039496) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment and payment for the decrease of the share capital (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=892191&me ssageId=1123141) on 12 June 2019 at the end of the working day of the settlement system. Proceeding from the above, the ex-dates for the both payments are 11 June 2019. As of this date a person who acquired shares is not entitled to dividends for the 2018 financial year nor to payments resulting from the decrease of share capital. Nordecon AS will pay dividend 0.06 euros per share on 21 June 2019 at the latest. The payment for the decrease of the share capital in the amount of 0.06 euros per share to the shareholders shall be made no sooner than three months after the registration of the reduction of the share capital with the commercial register, but, at the latest, three months and 14 calendar days after the registration of the reduction of the share capital with the commercial register, provided that the claims of creditors who submitted their claims during the term are secured or satisfied.
