Ehitusleping Eestis (Aaspere-Haljala teelõigu ümberehitus)
Teade
30. mail 2019 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja Maanteeameti vahel leping põhimaantee nr 1 (E20; Tallinn-Narva) Aaspere-Haljala teelõigu ümberehituseks. Tööde käigus rajatakse Aaspere ja Haljala vahele mõlemas suunas kaherealine maantee ning ehitatakse Aaspere eritasandiline ristmik, Vanamõisa viadukt ja Sauste jalgtee tunnel. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 12,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2019. aasta juunis ja objekt valmib 2020. aasta oktoobriks. Peatöövõtjana ehitusteenuse osutamise kõrval on kontserni teiseks oluliseks tegevusvaldkonnaks korteriarendus. 2018. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 764 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2018. aasta müügitulu oli 418 miljonit eurot.

Construction contract in Estonia (reconstruction of Aaspere-Haljala road section)

On 30 May 2019, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and the Estonian Road Administration entered into a contract for the reconstruction works of main road No. 1 (E20; Tallinn-Narva) Aaspere-Haljala section. The contract includes the construction of a two-lane highway in both directions, an interchange in Aaspere, an overpass in Vanamõisa and a pedestrian tunnel in Sauste. The contract value is approximately EUR 12.8 million, plus value added tax. The construction will start in June 2019 and the works are scheduled to be completed in October 2020.
