Aktsiakapitali suurendamise registreerimine äriregistris
Teade
15. mail 2019 kanti äriregistrisse AS-i Silvano Fashion Group aktsiakapitali suurendamine 3.mail 2019 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel. Aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse kohaselt otsustati suurendada AS-i Silvano Fashion Group aktsiakapitali 3 600 000 euro võrra 3 600 000 eurolt 7 200 000 euroni olemasolevate aktsiate nimiväärtuse suurendamise teel 0,10 euro võrra iga aktsia kohta ehk 0,10 eurolt 0,20 eurole. Aktsiaseltsi aktsiate koguarv ei muutu. Aktsiakapitali suurendamise tulemusena on AS-i Silvano Fashion Group aktsiakapitali suurus 7 200 000 eurot. Aktsionäride nimekiri, kellel on õigus osaleda fondiemissioonis, fikseeritakse 17.05.2019. aasta seisuga arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpus. Aktsiatega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-date) on 16.05.2019; alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud osalema fondiemissioonis. Aktsiate nimiväärtuse suurendamine toimub koheselt pärast aktsiakapitali suurendamise kohta äriregistrisse kande tegemist. Registration of increase of share capital in the commercial register

On May 15, 2019, the increase of the share capital of AS Silvano Fashion Group was entered in the Commercial Register on the basis of the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 3 May 2019. According to the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders, it was decided to increase the share capital of AS Silvano Fashion Group by EUR 3 600 000 from EUR 3 600 000 to EUR 7 200 000 by increasing the nominal value of existing shares by EUR 0.10 per share, ie from EUR 0.10 to EUR 0.20. The total number of shares of the Company does not change. As a result of the increase of share capital, the share capital of AS Silvano Fashion Group is EUR 7,200,000. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the fund issue will be fixed on 17.05.2019. at the end of the working day. The day of the change of the rights related to the shares (ex-date) is 16.05.2019; as of that date, the acquirer is not entitled to participate in the fund issue. The increase of the nominal value of the shares shall be made immediately after the entry of the share capital in the Commercial Register.
