ASi Merko Ehitus juhatuse liikme volituste pikendamine ja kontserni tütarettevõtte nõukogu liikme nimetamine (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

ASi Merko Ehitus nõukogu otsustas pikendada ettevõtte juhatuse liikme Tõnu Toomiku volitusi alates 6. juunist 2019. a. järgmiseks kolmeks aastaks. ASi Merko Ehitus juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena: Andres Trink (esimees) ja Tõnu Toomik. Vastavalt ASi Merko Ehitus juhatuse otsusele nimetati alates 30. aprillist 2019. a. kontserni tütarettevõtte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu liikmeks Martin Rebane. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu jätkab neljaliikmelisena: Andres Trink (nõukogu esimees), Tõnu Toomik, Teet Roopalu, Martin Rebane. Vastavalt AS Merko Ehitus Eesti põhikirjale valitakse ettevõtte nõukogu liige kolmeks aastaks. Martin Rebase CV on lisatud käesolevale teatele manusena. Extension of the powers of a Member of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus and appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiary entity (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus decided to extend the powers of a Member of the Management Board of the company, Mr. Tõnu Toomik, starting from 6 June 2019 for the next three years. The Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus will continue with two members: Mr. Andres Trink (Chairman) and Mr. Tõnu Toomik. According to a decision of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus, Mr. Martin Rebane was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, starting from 30 April 2019. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with four members: Mr. Andres Trink (Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik, Mr. Teet Roopalu and Mr. Martin Rebane. According to the articles of association of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, a Member of the Supervisory Board is appointed for three years.
