Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Nockebyn arendus)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte SweNCN AB sõlmis lepingu Rootsi kinnisvaraarendajaga Aros Bostad Stockholmi Bromma linnaossa viie kortermaja ja ühe paarismaja ehituseks. Kokku 51 korteriga arendus kannab nime Nockebyn. Lepingu maksumus on 11,7 mln eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2019. teises kvartalis ning lõppevad 2020. aasta alguses. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2018. aasta konsolideeritud auditeerimata müügitulu oli 223 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 690 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Nockebyn development)

SweNCN AB, a Nordecon Group company, entered into a contract with Swedish real estate developer Aros Bostad for the construction of five apartment buildings and a semi-detached house in the Bromma borough of Stockholm. The development, which will have 51 apartments in total, is named Nockebyn. The value of the contract is 11.7 mEUR plus VAT. The construction will begin in the second quarter of 2019 and will be completed in early 2020.
