Muudatus Admiral Markets AS juhatuse koosseisus

Teade

Admiral Markets AS juhatuses toimub muudatus, kuna juhatuse liige Mindaugas
Deksnys teatas soovist ametikohalt lahkuda. Admiral Markets AS nõukogu otsustas
tema soovi rahuldada. Mindaugas Deksnys'e juhatuse liikme volitused lõpevad
26.02.2019.

Mindaugas  Deksnys on ettevõttes töötanud 2013. aastast alates. Admiral Markets
AS-i juhatusse kuulus ta alates 2017. aasta märtsist.

Admiral Markets AS tegevjuht Sergei Bogatenkov ütles, et Mindaugas Deksnys oli
üks võtmeisikutest ettevõtte positsiooni tugevdamisel rahvusvahelisel turul.
?Ettevõtte juhina on mul loomulikult kahju Mindaugase lahkumise üle, ent mõistan
täielikult tema valikut võtta vastu uued väljakutsed. Soovin talle palju edu,"
ütles Bogatenkov.

Admiral Markets AS-i juhatus jätkab esialgu kaheliikmelises koosseisus, kuhu
kuuluvad juhatuse esimees Sergei Bogatenkov ja Dmitry Kuravkin.

Changes in the Management Board of Admiral Markets AS

Teade

There will be a change in the Management Board of Admiral Markets AS, as
Mindaugas Deksnys, the board-member of Admiral Markets AS, has announced his
wish to resign. The Supervisory Board of Admiral Markets AS decided to accept
his resignation. His authorization as the member of the Management Board expires
on 26.02.2019.

Mindaugas Deksnys has worked in the company since 2013. He has been the member
of the Management Board of Admiral Markets AS since 2017.

Sergei Bogatenkov, the CEO of Admiral Markets AS, said that Mindaugas Deksnys
has been one of the keypersons in strengthening the position of the company in
the international market:  "As the manager of the company, I am naturally sad
that Mindaugas is leaving, but I fully understand his choice to accept new
challenges.  On behalf of the whole company I wish him all the best."

Initially the Management Board of Admiral Markets AS will continue to consist of
two members: the Chairman of the Management Board Sergei Bogatenkov and Dmitry
Kuravkin.
