PRF: AS-i PRFoods dividendimakse ex-päev
Teade
AS PRFoods (väärtpaberi lühinimi PRF1T, ISIN kood EE3100101031) fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja dividendi maksmiseks 28.12.2018 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 27.12.2018. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2017/2018. majandusaasta eest. AS PRFoods maksab dividendi 0,01 eurot aktsia kohta 05.04.2019. PRF: Dividend payment ex-date of AS PRFoods

AS PRFoods (Ticker PRF1T, ISIN code EE3100101031) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment on 28.12.2018 at the end of the working day of the settlement system. Taking into account the above-mentioned, the ex-date is 27.12.2018. From the mentioned date, the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the financial year of 2017/2018.
