Oma aktsiate tagasiost viidi läbi AS-i Tallink Grupp korralise üldkoosoleku poolt 9. juunil 2015 heaks kiidetud oma aktsiate tagasiostu tingimuste kohaselt. Ettevõte omandas perioodil 02.11.2018 kuni 29.11.2018 kokku 493 800 oma aktsiat ja aktsiate ostuhind oli kokku 499 987,01 eurot. Aktsiate tagasiostmine on lõpetatud. Käesoleva teate avaldamise seisuga omab AS Tallink Grupp 290 550 oma aktsiat, mis konverteeritakse Soome väärtpaberi hoidmistunnistusteks (inglise keeles: Finnish share depositary receipts - ?FDR"). On 29.11.2018 AS Tallink Grupp has acquired own shares on Nasdaq Tallinn Stock

The company announced acquiring its own shares in the maximum amount of EUR
500 000 in the stock exchange release dated 1 November 2018 among other
activities related to the process of secondary listing of the company's shares
on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange. The acquiring of own shares was carried
out within the framework of the share buy-back conditions, approved by the AS
Tallink Grupp Annual General Meeting on 9 June 2015.
The company acquired during the period 02.11.2018 to 29.11.2018 in total
493 800 own shares and the total purchase price of the shares was EUR
499 987,01. The share buy-back is hereby completed.
As of the date of this announcement, AS Tallink Grupp holds 290 550 own shares,
and all of the shares will be converted to Finnish share depositary receipts
("FDR").
