OEG: vähemusaktsionäridele kuuluvate aktsiate ülevõtmine
Teade
Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) on esitanud Nasdaq CSD SE Eesti filiaalile avalduse vähemusaktsionäride aktsiate ülekandmiseks põhiaktsionär, Odyssey Europe AS-ile (Põhiaktsionär) hüvitise eest 1,40 eurot ühe aktsia kohta, kooskõlas OEG aktsionäride erakorralise 10.09.2018.a. üldkoosoleku otsusega. Avalduse kohaselt toimub Nasdaq CSD SE Eesti filiaali poolt vähemusaktsionäride aktsiate ülekandmine Põhiaktsionäri väärtpaberikontole ning rahalise hüvitise vähemusaktsionäride pangakontodele kandmine eelduslikult 12. oktoobril 2018 või sellele lähedasel kuupäeval. Antud tehing toimub automaatselt ning aktsionärid ei pea selle teostumiseks samme tegema. OEG: takeover of shares belonging to minority shareholders

Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) has filed an application with Nasdaq CSD SE Estonian branch to transfer the shares belonging to the minority shareholders to the majority shareholder Odyssey Europe AS (the Majority Shareholder) for a monetary compensation EUR 1.40 per one share in accordance with the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of OEG, dated 10 September 2018. On the basis of the application, Nasdaq CSD Estonian branch will transfer the minorities' shares to the securities account of the Majority Shareholder and the compensation to the accounts of minority shareholders on or about 12 October 2018. The settlement will be effected automatically and no steps are needed to be taken by the minority shareholders.
