Ehitusleping Eestis (õpilaskodu Rakveres)

4. oktoobril 2018 sõlmiti, AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja Riigi Kinnisvara ASi vahel leping õpilaskodu ehitamiseks aadressil Piiri tn 8, Rakvere. Ehituslepingu raames lammutatakse Rakvere Ametikooli vana ühiselamu ja selle asemele ehitatakse liginullenergiahoone nõuetele vastav neljakorruseline ja 200 kohaga õpilaskodu. Lepingu maksumus on 4,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2018. aasta oktoobris ja hoone valmib 2019. aasta lõpus. Construction contract in Estonia (student home in Rakvere)

On 4 October 2018, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Riigi Kinnisvara AS entered into a contract for the construction of student home at Piiri st 8, Rakvere. The contract includes the demolition of the old dormitory of Rakvere Vocational School and construction of a new, nearly zero energy compliant building with four storeys and room for 200 students. The contract value is EUR 4.3 million, plus value added tax. The construction will start in October 2018 and the works are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019.
