Teade olulise osaluse muutuse kohta

Teade

AS LHV Group teatab, et tulenevalt aktsiakapitali suurendamisest seoses
töötajate optsiooniprogrammi realiseerimisega alates 10.07.2018:

  * langes Rain Lõhmuse ja temaga seotud isikute osalus AS-is LHV Group alla
    25% ja moodustab nüüd kokku 6 478 005 aktsiat, mis annavad talle 24,90% AS-i
    LHV Group hääleõiguslike aktsiate koguarvust.

Change in Substantial Shareholding

Teade

AS LHV Group informs that as a result of the increase of share capital in
connection with the realisation of the staff options programme as of 10 July
2018:

  * the shareholding of Rain Lõhmus and the persons related to him has been
    reduced below 25% and is now 6,478,005 shares, which represent 24.90% of
    votes represented by the aggregated shares of AS LHV Group.
