Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kristina majade III etapp)

Nordecon AS ja AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp kontserni kuuluv ettevõte OÜ Marsi Elu sõlmisid lepingu Tallinnas, Kristiine City arenduspiirkonnas Sammu tänavale kolme kortermaja ning poolmaa-aluse parkla ehitamiseks. Tegu on Kristiine City südamesse rajatavate Kristina majade kolmanda etapiga. Esimeses etapis rajas Nordecon 3 kortermaja kokku 92 korteriga, teises etapis ehitatakse 4 kortermaja 124 korteriga, millest valmis on 2. Kolmandas ning Kristina majade kinnistu viimases ehitusetapis ehitatakse Sammu tänavale 92 korteriga 3 korterimaja, mille planeeritud valmimine on 2019 lõpus ning mille ehitusmaksumus on ligikaudu 8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Nordecon AS alustab ehitustöödega vahetult ehituslepingu sõlmimise järgselt. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Kristina buildings third phase)

Nordecon AS and OÜ Marsi Elu, an AS Pro Kapital Grupp group company have concluded a contract for the construction of three residential apartment buildings and semi-underground parking to be located in Sammu Street, in Kristiine City in Tondi. This will be the third phase of construction of the Kristina houses in the heart of the Kristiine district. In the first construction phase, Nordecon AS erected 3 residential buildings with 92 apartments, whereas the second phase consists of 4 residential buildings with 124 apartments, 2 of which have been completed. In the third and final phase of the construction of Kristina buildings 3 residential buildings with 92 apartments shall be built on Sammu Street. The completion of the Sammu Street buildings is planned by the end of 2019 and their construction cost is approximately 8 million Euros (excluding VAT). Nordecon AS shall commence with construction works immediately after concluding the construction contract.
